Why is the meat both raw and unmarinated? This would be rejected if served at a restaurant. This has nothing to do with bibimbap, this is some misguided beef tartar

Isn’t the Yukhoe supposed to be on a bed of grated Korean pear? And with some sauce? I’ve been to quite a lot of Korean restaurants throughout the years, never even knew about this version to be honest until today. There are some korean dishes still that remain uncommon on the menu; this certainly would be one of them. Then the title is misleading – this ain’t no common beef Bibimbap, Yukhoe Bibimbap would be correct
