In the new season, the restaurant’s cuisine gains an even clearer identity, based on a contemporary Mediterranean approach.
Seafood remains at the heart of the menu, with lobster and fresh Adriatic fish prepared in a way that highlights their natural aroma and quality. At the same time, an important part of the offer is a selection of premium grilled steaks, including dry-aged Black Angus and Japanese Wagyu, bringing the perfect balance between the flavors of the sea and rich meat specialties.

The menu reflects a culinary philosophy that fosters clarity of flavor and quality of ingredients. Dishes such as shrimp tartare, smoked octopus, scallops, or Rossini steak testify to a cuisine that combines precise technique with Mediterranean ease and elegance.

The start of the season will be marked by a series of carefully planned moments by the sea. On April 1st, you can expect an opening that heralds the restaurant’s new energy, while April 12th brings the celebration of Easter. in an ambiance that combines festive warmth and Mediterranean elegance. During the month, April 19th and 26th are reserved for family lunches by the sea, with live music and a relaxed atmosphere, created for sharing and enjoying time together.

From May 1st, the restaurant will open its space right on the coast through the Dining by the Sea concept., where guests can dine al fresco, right on the beach. During summer evenings, the atmosphere is further enhanced by live music, creating a natural blend of creative specialties, the sound of the waves, and the rhythm of the Riviera.
