Was inspired by someone here asking about Benedict dishes, so I got this for Sunday brunch at a coffee place I was passing by.
Carnitas Sope Benedict ($13): chicken carnitas over refried beans on a corn sope, serrano lime hollandaise, with a house salad.
The sope was crispy and fresh, soaking up the egg and hollandaise well. Not spicy. Good for a coffee shop.
