    But those are immaculately extracted leg meat. At home, having quality scissors with tight tips trivializes extracting leg meat. But that’s $$. Hope the quality persisted through all the manipulations from ocean floor to your mouth.

    The rest of the (takeout?) bowl are top of class. The salmon (farmed Atlantic) suggest non-geographically Japan.
