really cool coffee omakase by a renowned korean barista, tommy kim. there were five different expressions of coffee (some as tea, some as shots, one as a macchiato) that each had pretty different profiles, paired with four desserts, including a canele with yuzu cream. only two seatings a month so we felt fortunate to join today’s. really enjoyed our experience!
