lol, I forgot to take a before picture and took this halfway through. I think this is a nice medium rare which I was trying for. I added garlic powder, onion powder, slight amount of dried lemon peel, dehydrated sun-dried tomatoes, thyme, crushed red pepper, black pepper, salt, and (real) truffle oil

Cooked in a skillet and basted with butter for 2 minutes.
