I have a bit difficult time to reserve many other restaurants, and dig through Tablelog + Google Review for a decent sushi omakase.
Found a hidden gem – Sushi Han Ginza
It might be misleading because of the name, which is common in many places, including United States.
However, it is a great Michelin experience even without stars.

Is the ginger stacking because you’re not eating it or are they adjusting the quantity for each course ?
