Did a handroll night for a group of friends this week! Huge success and SO much easier than maki or nigiri. Used the leftover rice to make onigiri.
- Chopped salmon mayo
- Chopped salmon soy
- Sweet potato tempura
- Panko breaded chicken
- Inari
- Takuan
- Soy ikura
- Tobiko
- Kani
- Burdok root
- Miso tamagoyaki
- Salmon avocado

I fucking love these types of sushi! 🥰
Very nice and party friendly.
I love a nice fresh hand roll. The crunch of the nori is the best.
Yes, these are like 100x easier to make than nigiri and maki. I’m all thumbs and even I can make these at home 👍
I want one too!!
Whoa. Looks like one of those pull string party poppers. Have fun with the flavor explosion, I think its a little too much for me.
cravings now
It won’t let me edit the post. Adding that I bought Shoda Hyakusen Marudaizu Shoyu for this dinner too!
Might do it later
