Midlanders will soon be able to build their own Mediterranean bowls and salads at a new restaurant this summer.

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, MotoMedi, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, is coming to the Commons at North Park Shopping Center.

The new restaurant will be located at the site of the former Palio’s Pizza, 2900 W. Loop 250 N., Suite 100. The site currently serves as a Men’s Wearhouse, and it is unclear what will happen to the clothing store.

The site will undergo a $550,000 renovation in preparation for the new restaurant, which will be about 3,000 square feet.

The alterations are set to begin on April 1, with an estimated completion of July 30.

MotoMedi’s menu features various curated bowls such as the Moto Chicken, Steak & Fries, Falafel & Veggies and more.

Customers are also able to craft their own bowls by choosing the base, protein, dips, sauces, vegetables and toppings.

The menu also includes dessert, including soft serve with Turkish coffee syrup.

This is the first MotoMedi location coming to Midland. The restaurant currently has locations in Lubbock and Amarillo.
