I've had this large BGE for over 15 years.. Got a pellet smoker a few years ago and neglected the egg for a little bit until wising up and getting the BGE refurb'd with some new parts early this year. Using it much more again lately, I realized it was kinda crazy that I had never done salsa, so I checked that off the box tonight.. so damned good, and I'm expecting it will be even better tomorrow..

Did a spatchcock / injected chicken before the salsa too so included some various pics of the bird finished / sliced / and still juicy leftovers getting wrapped (is a rotisserie kit really worth it??).. Very happy to be cooking on this thing again
