I know this is a pretty standard item…but geez, these are ridiculously good!
Super casual meal. But if I got this sandwich out at a sandwich shop, I would be absolutely impressed.
Just lots and lots of taste, texture (gooey) and smells. For me and my two teen boys, this was about perfect!

It’s SOOOOO good! I saved this recipe card, and now that we’re a gluten free household I’ll make this the second I find a great gluten free roll.
Me and my son had this the other night. He actually ate 2 sandwiches because my other son wasn’t home for dinner. He had to pick out all the green peppers though…
