
Took advice from my last post on this sub (the Nigerian fry up edition) and used a fixed dam for the beans, made the bacon crispy, lightly toasted the bread (still don’t have butter) and tried to make the egg crispy and runny (need more skills for this).
Before anyone asks, those strange looking fried things in the middle of the plate are bit of chicken breast.
Off-cuts from the prions I’ll be smoking on the Weber later today for lunch. Just threw them in the pan after everything else was done frying because they are too small to smoke
