We really can't give Long Beach its own location tag? Anyway, this is a truly phenomenal burger. Everything is balanced in perfect proportion, which is impressive given that there's a split grilled hot dog on it. But somehow, it doesn't just feel like a mountain of meat, the hot dog somehow meaningfully contributes to the seasoning of the overall burger. Seriously I've had many of LA's great burgers and this is without a doubt somewhere near the very top. Like top 3 burgers in all of LA County. The fact that it's in a gas station parking lot somehow adds to it.
