
Pork loin glazed up on the rotisserie with some half cut potatoes filled with rosemary, salt and a stick of butter wrapped up in foil and sat in the coals. I roll them around and give them a poke 15-20 minutes in to see how they're doing. I take the pork off at 55c⁰ and wrap it with foil for around 45mins before slicing. Beautiful moist pork every time. Potatoes are usually good depending how many beers deep I am, I sometimes forget about them. 🐷🍻
