Started with smokeboost mode(180F) for an hour or so, 225F for about 5-6 hours, cranked it to 280 with bbq sauce on for the last 30 mins.

Absolutely delicious, the ribs that got the killer hogs rub tasted the best.

    I too did no wrap on me Searwood. Didn’t even sauce it. They were amazing
