Got myself a jerky gun and decided to make my own meat sticks. A meat market I visit near my in laws makes a variety of sticks that I love, so I attempted to recreate them. Turned out pretty damn good. No casings or curing salt this batch.

I do these and the flat jerky too. Great cook for a pellet grill.
