Just assembled my Deckboss 800 and started the initial burn in. Put a few pellets in the burn pot. Set the set point to 400 and watched it a bit. It got up to 182 and then it started to drop. It’s now down to 112 and never got up to 400.
First time owner. Just looking for advice of what I have to do next. Thanks in advance!

Fill the hopper and hold the feed button for like 5 minutes until you see the pellets drop into the pot. In order to hit the temps, it will need to be able to feed on its own. You will basically never ever directly add pellets to the pot.
There’s a card that was included that has the after hours CS numbers. They have great CS and are always happy to help, even on weekends. They WILL get you up and running, one way or another.
