


#1 pulled pork
8oz cream cheese
10oz pepper jack cheese
1 box lasagna noodles
#1 bacon
2 tbsp BBQ rub
Your favorite BBQ sauce to brush on top.
Boil lasagna noodles. Take pulled pork, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, and BBQ rub and mix in a bowl. Lay out lasagna noodles to cook. I also put the filling mixture in mixing bowl into a dutch oven with water in the bottom to make a double boiler situation to hear it some to make it easier to spread. Spread mixture on lasagna noodle (a heaping 1/4 cup). Spread. Roll up and wrap in bacon. Cook at 250 for about an hour and a half, last 10 minutes cover in bbq sauce.
I find these much easier to make than smoked shotgun shells.
