This would get me banned on the grilled cheese sub lol (seems to be a trend on this sub). Anyways, bread used was “honey wheat” from convenience store which was not actually whole wheat so not the best bread but it does the job. The oil used was Taiwanese tea seed oil, made from the seed of the same plant we drink tea from (not “tea tree oil” which is toxic and for skin use only – not sure I need to note that).
Prosciutto is very thin so I prefer to use it as the meat component in a melt as it makes it easier to flip the sandwich without breaking apart
