

Hi everyone! I wanted to share the ramen I made yesterday for my family and I. It was my second time making ramen broth ever and my first time doing a paitan broth like this. I’m really happy with how creamy it came out and I’m super stoked for whenever I can make it again
For anyone curious, I did a miso tare. There’s also Chashu in it, it was my fist time cutting and making it tho so it kinda fell apart in the soup lol.
What should I make next? Any suggestions? 😀

Yyyyyep, that looks great! Not sure if I’ve ever had miso in a tonkotsu, but that’s my own damn fault. I love a shio tonk, extra mayu. Get it!
