Canned tomato sardines with cabbage and eggs on top. Serve over rice. Cheap and easy to make. 🙂

    Recipe:
    – 1 large can tomato sardines
    – Onion
    – Garlic
    – 1/4 cabbage
    – Seasonings: oyster sauce, dashi powder, salt and pepper for the egg

    Instructions:
    – Stir dry onion and garlic. Add cabbage and season with oyster sauce.
    – Add tomato sardines and a bit of water. Add salt or all-purpose seasoning to taste. Dashi powder is optional but adds a nice umami flavor.
    – Simmer for a few minutes. Add eggs and season with salt and pepper.
    – Serve over rice.
