[homemade] Simple Japanese breakfast — do you like natto?
A pretty typical breakfast I made today in Japan.
Grilled salmon, rice, miso soup, natto, and a fried egg.
I know natto can be a bit controversial — curious if you’ve tried it or would give it a shot?

My Japanese friends think it’s funny that I actually like it and will eat it straight from the styrofoam (I’m American and only tried it once before moving to Japan).
My favorite is 7-11’s crushed; their mustard has a pleasant spicy bite.
