


First time doing my own rotisserie chickens on the Searwood XL. 385 degrees for about an hour until 165 internal. Olive oil binder with Kosmo Dirty Bird and Honey Killer Bee. Sprayed with duck fat a couple times during the cook. Juiciest chicken I’ve ever had. Can’t go back to store bought rotisserie chicken ever again.
