People always talk about Yellow bird, Karma Ghost Island not as much.

    I like the heat of Ghost Island. Not a superhot but a very nice kick to it. I had some on grilled chicken earlier, goes very well with Queen Majesty scotch bonnet & ginger.

    Have a couple of Yellowbird open. Not familiar with Ghost Island. But every day see another new sauce that looks good.

    Yellow Bird serrano is one of my all time favorites. Not from a heat perspective, but flavor.
