    For whatever reason, I’ve found that this style of marinade works better when the meat is cubed, skewered, then grilled.

    I do this with london broil/flank steak, comes out great.

    How are u getting that good of a sear on a gas grill? I’ve truly been struggling recently

    I cook steak like this all the time. I recommend holding the sauces that have sugar until you do indirect heat. The direct heat will burn the sugar and add a burnt/bitter flavor.

    That’s a pretty amazing sear considering no dry brine.
