
So so easy. About 15 mins to prep, 1 hour to rise (or less if you’re impatient like me), 12 mins in the oven at 450f.
Edit: my recipe calls to bake for 8-10 at 500f. I have baked at both and they turn out the same! I’ve learned in sourdough, you just kind of have to test out what works best for you.

They look so good! Some so look a little underbaked though, so this would NOT work with my oven (i swear that thing has existed since before the big bang holy moly)
My wife makes these. We DESTROY two pans of them within minutes when they come out of the oven in our house.
