Ilios Crafted Greek is plotting a new restaurant near Lake Norman.
“We are beyond proud and excited to announce our 5th location, in the wonderful community of Davidson,” the owners said in a message shared on Instagram. The post included a short video showing signage going up at its new home on Griffith Street.
Management stopped just short of divulging the grand opening date but said it couldn’t wait to “meet and serve you all.”

The fast-casual eatery serves up Mediterranean classics like lamb gyro, falafel and spinach and feta pie. Greek-style salads are also on the menu alongside hummus and pita sandwiches.
Plus, there’s baklava if you’re craving something sweet.
Ilios has multiple Charlotte-area restaurants, including spots in South End, Oakhurst and South Charlotte, and in Fort Mill, SC.
CharlotteFive reached out to Ilios Crafted Greek for more information on its forthcoming restaurant in Davidson and was awaiting a response.
