This is an update on my first post from the other day: https://www.reddit.com/r/Traeger/s/dvI7JpMpgV
Thank you everyone who commented on my newbie post with tips and suggestions. Here are the results of my first cook and I am obsessed! I took people's advice to look up Meat Church on youtube. Followed his video for pulled pork with a nice 11lb pork butt I found. Also I HAD to try the smoked cream cheese and yes, it was just as good as everyone says it is. Homemade buns and mac and cheese to go along with it. Definitely worth the wait! Now the only question I have is, is it too early go bigger? 🤣

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

All looks good. I had the same smoker as a starter and recently upgraded. I got mine off marketplace for a steal. Only reason you should get a bigger one in my opinion is if you have a real need for more room, but that’s just my .02
Looks awesome. I’m hungry now. 10/10
