    They started making these since 2 years ago at the one Korean market I frequent in Montreal, usually in three flavors (Tofu, Bulgogi, and Chicken Katsu). They just call them “Korean Burrito” though, but despite the boring name they taste good

    I’m just curious, but why bok choy? That’s not common in Korean food. I would do kimchi, maybe grilled kimchi. Try it out sometime 🙂
