It looks good. Sooo if you go by a sushi spot and they are sell salmon nigiri and it has 0 fat rings/white stripes. Like it just solid orange, what’s up with that? I just experienced this at a grocery store in San Diego. Never seen salmon sushi that looked like that.

Damn. What area did you find fish like that? We just moved to the Midwest and it’s nigh impossible to find decent salt water fish. Costco is legitimately the best option for salmon.
