    There’s no such thing as “bad at chimichurri,” follow a recipe and stick it in the fridge the night before you eat it so the flavors meld together. Waiting is the whole secret.

    That looks like a lot of the chimichurri I’ve had before and that’s good. I only ever had one bad experience and that was because it was almost entirely onions with a lot of olive oil and barely any parsley.
