From Paris to the villages of Provence, 75 new Bib Gourmand spots join our MICHELIN Guide list of the best affordable restaurants in France. Blending convivial atmospheres, careful cooking and fair prices, the 2026 selection now counts 430 Bib Gourmand restaurants nationwide.
This year’s selection highlights four regions in particular (scroll below to see the full list):
Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes with 15 new tables sprinkled between mountains and sea.Occitania with nine new spots including around the Lot.Nouvelle-Aquitaine with 11 new restaurants located from tiny mountainside villages to the shores of the Atlantic.Île-de-France with 12 new tables in Paris and its suburbs.
