I made grilled cheese with mozzarella, provolone, Romano, parmesan, fontina, asiago, gouda, and Colby jack on fresh sliced Italian bread with real homemade garlic butter with parmesan and basil in it to grill it.

I make grilled cheese with garlic Parmesan butter as well! I always use sourdough for the bread though and mix it up on the cheese.
