Spring has only just started, but Pillsbury already has summer in sight.

While fans are busy baking up Pillsbury’s current seasonal finds—like its returning Strawberry & Cream Cinnamon Rolls and new Blueberry Crumble Cookies—the century-old baking brand has been quietly working behind the scenes to get its summer-ready recipes in order.

From the looks of it, the rollout of Pillsbury’s summer exclusives is creeping up, as the brand quietly added several new, warmer-weather-inspired treats to its website. Joining the upcoming new place-and-bake sugar cookie shapes, which fans are calling “so cute,” are two new patriotic desserts: a ready-to-bake Apple Pie Cookie Dough and a Red, White, and Blue Cookie Dough.

Fans are already going wild over the additions, with many championing the new apple-pie-inspired treat as something they just have to try this summer.

Pillsbury’s New Apple Pie Cookie Dough Flavor Is Already Inspiring Fans

“Ohhhh….Apple Pie….looks delicious!!” one Instagram user cheered, as another rejoiced, “omg.”

“Apple Pie cookies!” a third exclaimed, adding that they already have creative ideas on how to innovate desserts with the new treat. “Kinda wanna make a cookie crust then fill up with apple pie filling.”

Pillsbury’s new Apple Pie Cookie Dough features graham-flavored pieces, dried apples, and whole-grain oats, according to the official ingredient list on the brand’s website. Each package makes 12 big, bakery-style cookies without the mixing and measuring. Just preheat the oven, place, bake and enjoy (or snack on ’em raw, these are safe for that).

New Red, White & Blue Cookies Bring Even More Fun This Season

Pillsbury’s new Red, White & Blue Cookies are also safe to eat raw. Each package makes 12 larger sugar cookies speckled with colorful red and blue sprinkles, reminiscent of the fireworks scattered on the packaging.
