Greek Style Lamb Kafta kebabs

2 pounds of ground lamb
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of coriander
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 cup of fresh parsley
1 onion minced
5 cloves of garlic minced
3 slices of bread soaked in water and squeezed
Bread crumbs over top of the skewered meat
olive oil for the outside of the meat before barbequing

Add everything to the bowl and mix well as per video. place the meat on skewers as shown and refrigerate for one hour. Sprinkle the outside of the meat with dried bread crumbs and lightly wet the outside with olive oil before barbequing.

Barbeque the skewered meat until done to your liking and browned on the outside.

Serve with a Greek salad, tzatziki, pita bread and fries.
