📌 Ingredients:
1 Sweet potato
1 Sweet red pepper
1 Purple onion
230g Boiled chickpeas
25g Fresh spinach
1 tsp Vinegar
Boiling water
Ghee (Substitute vegetable oil if you are vegan)
Olive oil
½ tsp Cumin
½ sp Dried ground garlic
½ tsp Ground paprika
½ tsp Cumin
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper

📌 Sauce:
Juice of one orange
Juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Agave syrup
Salt to taste

    I do like the yam with bell peppers sauté but on the stove . More or less same spices ! That’s it

    But yours looks gorgeous with other ingredients 👍

  2. Yummy recipe, would roast the chickpeas instead along with the sweet potatoes, or air fry them for 10-15 minutes, much healthier and crunchier! Love the orange dressing 👌❤️
