This tin floored me, it was so good! A late night snack after a celebration of life cigar for my late father-in-law, who gifted me this tin (he passed two weeks ago).

Paired with golden round crackers and then with a spoon. Sauce was creamy, mustard-y (but not overbearingly so), the fish firm and flakey. Next time I acquire this tin I’d throw it through some cold pasta and dill/parsley for a pasta salad.

If you see it in the wild, give it a go! Fire.

Chris, you were a good man and the best father-in-law one could ask for. Thanks for the stogie, the love and support, for loving my kids with all your heart, and the delicious tins.

Cheers and rest easy Pop-Pop. Love your people while you have them.
