MISSOULA, Mont. — Graduating students from Flathead Valley Community College’s Culinary Institute of Montana are inviting the public to enjoy a Mediterranean-inspired lunch pop-up, “Mezze!,” opening this week on campus. The restaurant will operate from 10:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., Wednesday through Friday, April 8–24, inside the Arts & Technology Building.

The pop-up serves as the capstone project for second-year culinary students, giving them hands-on experience running a restaurant from concept to execution. This year’s theme, “Small World, Big Flavor,” features Mediterranean cuisine with a menu of shareable mezedes, pita wraps like gyro and shawarma, fresh salads, soups and house-made desserts.

Open for dine-in or takeout, Mezze! highlights the skills students have developed throughout their program while offering the community a chance to support their work. More information, including the full menu, is available at fvcc.edu/culinary.
