Visited Thevar while on vacation in Singapore last week and absolutely loved it.

The chef utilizes flavors from Europe and India to create tasting menu that’s flavorful, surprising, and delicious.

The star of the starters was pork belly. The first bite is very crispy but the more you chew the softer it gets. The ending melts in your mouth.

The chicken roti “taco” was surprising as it was scrumptious. It tastes like a traditional roti that’s elevated to a thousand and then put in taco form.

We added the supplemental courts which was lobster in a broth. The course was worth it. Broth was very layered and so flavorful! The box in the image displayed all of the spices used to make the dish. Wild.

I don’t eat beef so my main was a tender pork with the most delectable sauces and a briyani I’ve dreamed about.

Absolutely loved every dish and would recommend

    Huge fan of Thevar.

    Went before they got their first star, then again when they got it. Both times absolutely exceptional.

    Highly recommend visiting in Singapore!
