ASHLAND, Ore. – Ashland Restaurant Week returns April 10–16 with a James Beard Award semi-finalist chef, a French spirits masterclass and seven days of culinary events across Southern Oregon.

The event marks a major milestone this year with a headline partnership with MÄS, the nationally recognized Ashland restaurant led by James Beard Award semi-finalist Chef Josh Dorcak. The week also brings a first-of-its-kind Calvados sponsorship with an industry masterclass coming to Southern Oregon.

The event transforms Ashland’s dining scene into a week-long celebration of food, wine, craft spirits and community events. From brunch and dinner experiences to winery tastings and free public events featuring restaurant owners and culinary professionals, Ashland Restaurant Week offers something for every food lover.

“Ashland has so much of a story to tell in the light of gastronomy,” Dorcak said. “As a community, we all have a chapter to write, and what a great way for diners to experience each contributor in Ashland’s culinary story.”

Dorcak’s restaurants MÄS and NAMA are featured partners of Ashland Restaurant Week 2026. His tasting menu at MÄS has earned recognition from the New York Times. During the week, NAMA will spotlight their beloved tostada, one of the most talked-about dishes in Southern Oregon.

Dorcak’s private members club, Kando, is opening its doors to the public for a special Ashland Restaurant Week reception co-sponsored by Calvados on Friday, April 10. The mixed food and drinks reception offers a rare opportunity to experience Kando’s intimate space alongside Calvados expressions, the apple brandy of Normandy.

In a first for Southern Oregon, French apple brandy Calvados is sponsoring Ashland Restaurant Week and bringing a Calvados Masterclass to Ashland on Wednesday, April 15 from 2-4 p.m. at Brickroom. The invitation-only event, designed for bar and restaurant professionals, will offer a deep dive into the world of Calvados, led by cocktail expert Jacques Bezuidenhout.

The 90-minute masterclass will feature a history of the spirit from Europe, Calvados classic and modern cocktails, neat tastings and the distillation process for an audience of 40 hospitality professionals. The event is hosted in partnership with Brickroom and owner Eli Katkin.

Throughout the week, Ashland’s restaurants and wineries will offer exclusive prix fixe menus, tasting flights, chef specials and curated experiences. Participating establishments include NAMA, Zi Spice, Omar’s Fresh Seafood & Steaks, Weisinger Family Winery, Belle Fiore Winery, Café Lumina and Nous.

Zi Spice offers global spice-forward cuisine with brunch and dinner experiences featuring Moroccan-spiced cauliflower, harissa poached eggs and signature cocktails all week long. Omar’s Fresh Seafood & Steaks hosts special events including bottomless mimosa weekend brunch, a Bloody Mary Bowl Sunday feature and Friday evening giveaways.

Weisinger Family Winery offers Oregon Pinot Noir flights with curated food pairings, available Friday through Thursday during the week. Belle Fiore Winery hosts a one-night-only Three Course Thursday dinner with wine pairings on April 16 at their estate winery.

Café Lumina presents Cumbia Nights on Friday, April 10 from 7-9 p.m. with live music, free dance lessons and dinner featuring Neapolitan pizza and handmade pasta. Nous celebrates their one-year anniversary Birthday Bash on Saturday, April 11 with specials and birthday cake all day.

Partnering with White Rabbit, Ashland Restaurant Week goes beyond the dining room with a series of free public events designed to connect visitors and locals with the restaurant owners, farmers, winemakers and culinary professionals who make Ashland’s food scene extraordinary. The events are free and open to the public.

“Ashland Restaurant Week is proof that world-class food doesn’t require a world-class city,” said Jay Bowen, founder of hi Ashland and Ashland Restaurant Week and owner operator of The Columbia Hotel. “Ashland is definitely a hub of makers.”

“From chefs, musicians, artists, creators and entrepreneurs, we continue to bring world class events to our Southern Oregon community,” Bowen said.

Ashland is home to the renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival, a thriving independent arts scene and a culinary community. Nestled in the Siskiyou Mountains near the California border, Ashland offers easy access from the I-5 corridor and is within driving distance of the Rogue Valley wine country.
