DEDHAM, MA — A new restaurant opened in Dedham, according to reports.
“The intimate, 24-seat restaurant centers around an open kitchen, allowing guests to experience the energy and craftsmanship behind each dish,” per the National Herald. “The space blends contemporary finishes with traditional Mediterranean elements, including handcrafted pottery, olive trees, oak wood, ceramic furnishings, colors of the shorelines of the Mediterranean, and a bougainvillea installation curated by Dedham Square neighbors Courtyard Florist.”

“Signature offerings will include traditional plates like moussaka (eggplant lasagna), paidakia (grilled lamb chops), chicken gyro, pork souvlaki, biftekia (meat patties), and gemista (stuffed peppers), along with an extensive selection of meze, salads, wraps, pitas, house-made soups, and hot sides like fasolakia (string bean sauté) and roasted lemon potatoes,” according to WhatNow.
