  1. Those are beautiful! What a lucky family you have being treated to nonstop culinary delights.
Have a wonderful Easter with your loved ones, Dimitra! Thank-you for all of your lovely content . 🥰🇨🇦

  2. Thanks for sharing Dimitra❤
I have no doubt that this recipe will turn out perfect 👌 as usual, can't wait to try it. I think I still have some mahlab/ mehlapi left in my pantry.

  3. I had been working in Cyprus for 17 years and this bread is my favorite during easter, now back in PH i really wanted to make it but the ingredients are not available.I really miss it.

  4. Love the look of this! I prefer a really heavy, strong flavour compared to the store-bought versions. Do you think this recipe hits that mark, or should I double up on the spices/aromatics? I'm a bit cautious because I know adding too much masticha can sometimes impact the dough's texture?

  5. Dimitra! I make this recipe because of your great instructions – this is year three, and I get better at it every year. Of course I had to watch this year's video! Thank you for saying it may take up to 4 hours for the first rise. I always wondered why mine didn't take 2 like in your original recipe. Already gave away my first batch – three wreaths, with a red egg in the middle (with eggs so expensive, I do what the Greek ladies do at the bake sales – put a red plastic egg in before I wrap for giving!). Tomorrow I make my family's. Thanks you for a great recipe!

  6. My sister made this for in-laws who celebrated Latin Easter yesterday due to travel constraints, she said it was a HUGE hit!Her sister-in-law’s ham on the other hand was a disaster.😂Thank you, manari.Kalo Pascha!

  7. I have always made your tsoureki recipe for a few years sbd I love it now but I do need to address your cups to grams ratio as noted in previous videos is incorrect. The first time I made them I went by the 720grams however the 4.5 cups is perfect. I tested the theory and weighed 4.5cups and got around 640grams (bread flour) . Interested to know hiw many grams per cup do you base it on because bread flour conversion is approx 140g per cup?
