SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — West Valley High School students recently brought their culinary training into a bigger spotlight by preparing and plating meals for a Greater Spokane Incorporated dinner.
The event also put those students in front of a panel discussion, where culinary leadership students demonstrated how to work with confidence, collaboration and pride in their school.
