I really enjoyed the omakase! The service was fantastic and the chefs were interactive and so much fun to talk to. Every dish was enjoyable and nothing was bad, but there weren’t any real standout dishes. If I had to pick, my favorite dish of the night was the wagyu or tuna tartare w/ caviar. The nigiri was great. All the toppings they used worked perfectly together and there was an appropriate amount of wasabi. The best nigiri was the akami – it was marinated and blew me away; definitely the best akami I’ve ever had so far. 2 out of 3 of the desserts were boring, but the banana sticky toffee pudding was amazing and I don’t normally enjoy banana desserts. It was warm and gooey topped with caramel and paired with the perfect banana ice cream.
