Crumbl is back with another take on Dubai chocolate.
Dubai chocolate went viral on social media around 2024 when Maria Vehera, a content creator, posted an ASMR video of eating the now-popular sweet treat from Fix Dessert Chocolatier.
Crumbl, a company also known for its viral desserts, introduced its take on the chocolate confection with its Dubai Chocolate Brownie in August of 2025. Later, they released their Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake and a strawberry iteration of the brownie. Now, they’ve released the Dubai-Style Chocolate Sandwich Cookie.
Available only between April 6-11, Crumbl’s new dessert has two thin, crispy, chewy chocolate cookies sandwiched with a layer of pistachio and Kataifi filling. This dessert is featured on their weekly rotating menu alongside returning cookies like Blueberry Muffin, Snickers Peanut Butter and Raspberry Lemonade.
Crumbl posted an Instagram reel responding to a comment that said, “Stop with the Dubai chocolate.” The company said, “Volume up to drown out the negativity … Trust, you gotta try a Dubai-Style Chocolate Thin Sandwich Cookie. Who’s in?”
Crumbl’s new dessert comes on the heels of their announcement that they’ve made a major company move. On social media, the co-founder of the bakery chain, Sawyer Hemsley, offered a glimpse inside the new headquarters.
“I’ll never stop being grateful for everyone who’s part of the Crumbl family,” Hemsley posted on Instagram. “And especially you, our customers. This space already has such an incredible energy. So much color, life, creativity, and passion across every team. I’m excited to get to work and build what’s next.. 2026 is going to be really special!”

Two thin, crispy, chewy chocolate cookies sandwiching a layer of pistachio and Kataifi filling.
🫐 BLUEBERRY MUFFIN COOKIE
A warm blueberry cookie smothered in a buttery glaze and topped with a delightful crunch of blueberry muffin streusel.
🥜 SNICKERS® PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE
Peanut butter cookie loaded with chopped SNICKERS®, crowned with caramel buttercream, SNICKERS® chunks, and a drizzle of smooth milk chocolate.
🍋 RASPBERRY LEMONADE COOKIE
A lemon cookie smothered with a marbled swirl of lemon and raspberry frostings infused with fresh house-made raspberry jam and finished with a tangy lemon slice
