Held in Augusta, Georgia every year since its inception in 1934, The Masters is considered one of the most prestigious golf tournament in the world. Steeped in history and tradition, it’s the only major played at the same course every year. Golf fans, or “patrons” as they’re called at Augusta, flock to watch the elite, invite-only field compete for the illustrious Green Jacket.

As with all sports, there is always the food element, and The Masters’ iconic concessions stand does not disappoint. It features a simple Southern-inspired menu that has remained largely unchanged for decades. It’s famous for its low prices—patrons can get a full meal for under $10!

In honor of this storied springtime tradition, we’ve pulled together a collection of recipes that you would find at the concessions. Legendary tournament sandwiches like Pimento Cheese and Egg Salad, classic treats like Tomato Pie and Cheese Straws, and you can’t get more on-theme than with a frosty pitcher of Arnold Palmers. It may be difficult to score badges, but you can at least get a taste of The Masters while you’re watching from the comfort of your home.

Get Recipe: Pulled Pork Sandwich

“Warm and spicy, pulled pork is the perfect dish for cooler weather (though we enjoy it any time of the year). This is my father’s pulled pork sandwich recipe, and is, in my humble opinion, the best. We simmer pork shoulder (oddly also called pork ‘butt’) in the marinade sauce for a couple of hours until the meat is fall-apart tender. Then we remove the pork to shred it, reduce the sauce, and return the pork to the sauce.” —Elise Bauer, Founder
