Hacienda Don José opens Fulshear location along FM 1463

Hacienda Don José has opened another Greater Houston location in Fulshear replacing the former Neca’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina along FM 1463, management confirmed. The authentic Tex-Mex eatery offers various menu options including carne del mar, enchiladas poblanas and fish Cancún, according to its website.

Osteria di Mercato recently opened on University Boulevard, serving modern Italian dishes that are rooted in tradition, according to the restaurant’s website.

Led by Executive Chef Mauricio Alvarado and General Manager and Sommelier Marco Thompson, the restaurant offers an intimate setting with only 25 seats.

Additionally, Osteria di Mercato will offer fine wines, authentic Italian food and dishes such as foie gras torchon and grilled Ora King salmon, according to the restaurant’s social media.

Vietnamese pho shop Pho Eva is now serving the Spring community according to business officials.The shop specializes in a variety of customizable pho options with beef, pork and a variety of vegetables. Pho is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup made with a broth that is simmered for multiple hours with spices like ginger, star anise and beef bones.
