
I’ve done a few other attempts this week but tonight I nailed it i think. Plating aside im really proud of this one!
Salmon w/ sage, chili salt and fresh dill, baked sweet potatoes with more dill and garlic yogurt sauce and falafel (everybody else got pita)
I had another serving of sweet potato as well after this photo.
Edit: yes yes my portions are not perfect. Im learning but I was proud of the flavors. I also had this as a family meal and everyone was really happy eating it with me.
