Casa Limone Opens at Renaissance Goa with a Focus on Coastal Italian Cuisine

Casa Limone has opened at Renaissance Goa Hotel, introducing a coastal Italian dining concept in Arpora. The restaurant follows a chef-led approach, combining traditional Italian techniques with coastal flavour influences.

The hotel’s culinary direction is led by Chef Shardul Nigam, who oversees menu development and kitchen operations. At Casa Limone, Chef Alessio Cosma Amodio leads the Italian offering, drawing on his experience in European kitchens and focusing on regional recipes, ingredient sourcing and consistency in preparation.

The menu is built around established Italian formats. Starters include Burrata Pugliese, Tonno Tonnato, Gamberi Genovese, Arancini, and Truffle Bomboloni. The pizza selection features Neapolitan-style options, including Scamorza and Truffle, Prosciutto Crudo and Diavola.

Handmade pastas and risottos form a key part of the offering, with dishes such as Spaghetti Limone e Gamberi, Tortellini all’Astice, Risotto ai Frutti di Mare and Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. Main courses include Branzino con Patate, Aragosta alla Griglia and Agnello Milanese, followed by desserts such as Tiramisù, Cannoli Amalfi and Torta Ricotta al Limone.

The interiors are designed with Mediterranean influences, using white tones, citrus accents and natural materials. The space has been planned to support service flow and complement the culinary focus, with subtle references to southern Italian and coastal design elements.

Located in Arpora, Casa Limone brings together Italian coastal cuisine and Goa’s local dining context. The restaurant is now open at Renaissance Goa Hotel, with reservations available at +91 832 712 3000.
