You won’t be able to stop eating these LEMON BARS!

✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• ⅔ cup confectioners’ sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1½ tbsp lemon juice
• 1 cup all-purpose flour

Icing:
• 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp lemon zest

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line or grease a baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt, mixing until fully combined.
4. Gradually stir in the flour until a smooth batter forms.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
6. While the bars cool, prepare the icing by mixing the confectioners’ sugar and lemon juice until thick and smooth.
7. Spread the icing over the cooled bars and sprinkle with lemon zest. Let sit until fully set.
8. Cut into squares or use a cookie cutter for fun shapes, then serve and enjoy these bright, citrusy treats!
